Distribution Facility

An initial loan for 15 months to develop a 23,000 square foot distribution facility in Co. Clare adjacent to Shannon airport. This was subsequently rolled in to a €2.5m Senior Debt 7 year commercial term loan.

18 Unit New Build Apartments

Pre-sold to Limerick County Council for AHB (Approved Housing). A €2.9m development loan was provided with rolled up interest.

Student Accommodation

Our client owned a site and needed a €4.5m development loan for six months to build student accommodation in a regional city. This was subsequently rolled in to a senior debt 5 year commercial term loan with a mainstream bank.
