63 Rental Apartments: €4.3m in senior debt 3 year term loan in acquisition finance for 63 apartments in a regional town in Munster. They were subsequently rented to the County Council for AHP (Approved Housing) rentals.
Apartments in Need: A property fund wanted to acquire 8 apartments in South Dublin that were in need of repairs relating to fire regulations. The fund provided €1m of their own money and €1.8m in senior debt was provided on a 3 year term loan at 8.25% with the fund receiving a €900k discount on the property cost. The loan can be refinanced in 3-years with zero redemption penalties.
Student Accommodation: €1m in senior debt 3 year term loan in acquisition finance for a 40 unit apartment block in a student accommodation village in County Limerick.
